Welcome to HUNT. It’s my pleasure to introduce you to our firm and highlight our perspective on the shortage of skilled labor.
Many organizations across the globe are facing a chronic shortage of the skills they need, and as a result, the challenge of high replacement costs coupled with loss in productivity. With the Baby Boomers retiring and projections that 75% of the workforce will be comprised of millennials by the year 2025, this problem is only going to get worse.
Most leaders of these organizations are searching for solutions that will prevent an already bad situation from becoming much worse. Despite their best intentions, and in spite of significant investments and efforts in addressing the skills shortage, they fall short.
