Large Multi-National Transportation Company

The Company was struggling to grow its skilled workforce in a meaningful and sustainable fashion. The cornerstone of recruiting was word-of-mouth referral and passive input from various platforms. Several market factors allowed an already complex challenge to organically grow more complex with little effort to standardize or simplify an active talent pipeline.

The Solution

The HUNT team designed a roadmap to implement the company’s strategic plan.  The HUNT project team piloted the strategic plan at two high priority locations and documented lessons learned. Additionally, the HUNT team developed a plan that would empower the company to scale talent solutions across its operations. Key outputs included:

GLOBAL LOGISTICS COMPANY

The client’s operational efficiencies and ability to meet customer demands were encumbered by a skills gap of their network of more than 2,000 company-employed workers. Faced with a shortage in their workforce and low confidence in current initiatives to find new talent, the company struggled to fulfill existing contract demands and its operations/recruiting had become reactionary.

The Solution

HUNT conducted a full discovery effort, supplemented with primary employee research and detailed workforce analysis to reveal gaps between current and ideal state.
